Scarcely 6 months after the previous photos had been taken and posted here, Bill has progressed this far!

How was this possible? It took a little collaboration with Martin Farrand, a kind Coot-builder in New Zealand, who located another Coot for sale with just the parts Bill needed. Martin arranged for the project to be shipped to Bill, who lost no time in scavenging and assembling what you see here. Congratulations, men!
