Here is a very nice example of the wing as designed by Molt Taylor. Molt suggested the possible use of

vertical steel straps to connect the upper and lower wing straps together at each end.

This is not a requirement, but it's merely offered to provide extra protection in case one hits

a hidden tree stump while step-taxiing along the border of an Alasakan lake.

Notice the slick rear canopy fairing resting along the right hangar wall.
