This is a typical fiberglass Hoerner wing tip, shortened to accommodate Molt's modified aileron tips, shown in Drawing #722.  Some builders refer to this aileron modification as Molt's "elephant ears", because they can sometimes catch in the water while step taxiing, so be forewarned, Ingvar!
