While the previous owner, Bob Andrews, made several improvements, one of his not-so-good ideas was to remove the water rudder.  Removal of the tail fairing fabric made it easier to restore this essential Coot part. Shown here is the new fabric being attached. The aluminum half-round strips have been replaced and the fabric ironed, but the excess fabric has not yet been trimmed off.
