Many builders choose to replace Molt's light steel rudder pedals with these cast aluminum ones from a Cessna or some other commerically made aircraft.  One advantage to this is that one can easily include aircraft brake cylinders instead of the inadequate Airheart (Go-kart) brakes that Molt suggested.
