Andy purchased this Coot project from Gordon Lawrence, in Washington. Unfortunately the hull had been stored with water inside it for many years, so the bottoms of some of the bulkheads had to be removed and restored.  Andy's excellent restoration skills would be even more obvious if some shots of "before" had been included.
