N89VA was built by David Rohrbaugh in 1988, but he was plagued with personal problems,

leading to an auction sale to Chuck Parsons (Ft. Myers, FL) around 1994. Since then Chuck

has dreamed of flying this Coot from his seaside home, but the dream hasn't yet been realized.
